In charge of documenting and experimenting with plants grown for their high value natural ingredients in environmentally controlled conditions. More specifically, my work consists in predicting and maximising the plants production from its simple growth to the molecular scale (secondary metabolites) for multiple applications: food production, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and biodiversity protection.
