As Lead Designer for the Talent platform, I own end-to-end design for a product serving 4M+ users. I led the 0-to-1 development of HeyAssessment, an AI-powered product built on LLMs, from concept to production-ready designs. My redesign of the search experience shifted user behaviour toward filter-based discovery, increasing adoption by 7x.Through Quick Apply and direct-apply experiments, I boosted form conversion by 8%, reduced time-to-convert by 25%, and achieved a 40% search-to-application conversion rate. I also redesigned the onboarding flow, which doubled user sessions and increased application rates by 60%.Beyond features, I build and evolve the design system, managing tokens and component documentation in close collaboration with developers. I lead end-to-end user research and partner with PMs and analysts on A/B testing, contributing to roadmap prioritisation and advocating for UX initiatives backed by data.
