While HR doesn\'t always mesh with my warped sense of humor, it fits the rest of my personality perfectly. From the time I got a poor score on my report card in the second grade because I NEVER SHUT UP, to the somewhat confused look I still sometimes get from people when they learn that I double majored in Economics and Sociology in college, it\'s always been clear that I\'m a walking exercise in paradox. The only thing I love more than numbers and facts is people and connections. That\'s why my role is perfect for me! I get a divine blend of social (employee relations, onboarding, safety and wellness efforts, communication planning, etc.) and analytical (benefit administration, legal compliance, data analysis) responsibilities to keep me balanced and happy.
