As Head of Environmental, Social and Governance, I am responsible for creating a best-in-class enterprise-wide ESG framework, integrating ESG policies across the organization, ensuring a consistency of messaging and execution throughout each individual business unit, investment strategy and all operational assets and serve as LPCs key ambassador, both internally and externally, articulating to all stakeholders how ESG permeates all levels of the organization and is embedded into each business unit. Responsible for launching net zero carbon operations, and improving asset energy efficiencies. Will continue to expand LPC’s renewable energy solutions as well as work on identifying smart building technologies. Additional responsibilities include growing the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) program, ensuring employee health and safety, enhancing supply chain management, and strengthening governance policies.
