I do this with a mix of deep research, strategic comms, and change management, leaning on my background in innovation consulting, brand strategy, and consumer trend insights. I am also an inclusion leader (Northwest Regional Inclusion Co-Lead) and champion our efforts towards realizing Gensler’s five strategies for a just and inclusive future. Recent projects: Emerging tech research and operational integration, hybrid collaboration strategies, new norm development, and shifting into activity-based work environments.
