ABOUT ELENA AVILA

I am a People and Organizational Development Leader with cross-industry experience spanning Defense, Energy, Insurance & Financial Services, and Music & Entertainment. Over more than two decades, I have led enterprise talent strategies across complex global and domestic environments, aligning people strategies with business performance.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and execution — shaping organizational development and transformation, leadership capability, and performance systems that enable sustainable results. I am known for translating vision into enterprise-wide action, influencing across diverse stakeholders, and building strong partnerships grounded in respect for individual contribution. I currently serve the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL), where we are proud of our mission in supporting the U.S. Navy. We have employees at five primary locations and others around the nation and the world.
