With over 25 years of experience in global operations and project management, I am passionate about advancing sustainability at Yates Construction, where I serve as the Director of Environmental and Social Sustainability. In this role, I oversee the implementation of multiple initiatives, including annual sustainability reporting, climate-disclosure risk assessment, tracking and reporting of corporate GHG emissions, waste reduction, low-carbon materials, project-level sustainability reporting, and EcoVadis assessments. I have multiple credentials and training in sustainability standards, frameworks, and tools, such as WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C, LFA, GGP, GRI Academy, Fitwel Ambassador, TRUE Advisor, and Green Leader Certification. I am committed to continuous professional improvement and learning new skills in this field.
