Let me start by saying that I love selling! All the decisions in my life up until now have driven me towards a career in sales but it was a also spontaneous path.Starting a new life in India, after my post-graduation in management, was one of my best decisions. I had the opportunity to meet and engage with people from all over the world, for work or simply for fun, and I could learn about different cultures. This is a great advantage when your job is selling a product to various people.The years spent working in international events opened my mind, giving me the chance to explore numerous countries, adding more and more to my personal and professional growth.After 2 years of experience in market research and 8 years in sales, I started to focus my interest in marketing, the main subject during my studies, and then in social media, considering the trend of these last few years. When my sales and marketing experience met the skills of my business partner, an expert in brand activation who is passionate about games, my journey with WorkPlay started.WorkPlay is a start-up specialized in gamification marketing and employee engagement. I’m off on another adventure and I can’t wait to see where this new path takes me!
