We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines. Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.Key Skills and Responsibilities:Content Review: Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia materials, to ensure it complies with community guidelines, legal regulations, and ethical standards.Policy Enforcement: Implement platform-specific content policies and guidelines consistently and fairly, taking into account context and cultural sensitivities, while also considering freedom of expression and user rights.Issue Identification: Identifying and flagging inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content, such as hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or violations of privacy, and take appropriate actions to mitigate potential harm.User Engagement: I communicate effectively with users to clarify guidelines, provide feedback, and, when necessary, issue warnings or suspensions while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance processes, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve moderation guidelines and workflows.As a Content Specialist I am dedicated to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive online space for users while upholding the values and policies of the platform.
