Learning is not a \"nice-to-have.\" It’s the foundation of innovation, talent development, and long-term business resilience. As Head of Learning & Development at bwcon – Baden-Württemberg Connected, I design new continuing education formats, support SMEs in their talent development strategies, and create workshops, programs, and learning architectures that deliver measurable impact. My goal: To help companies approach qualification strategically and effectively – with clear KPIs, tangible goals, and real progress in leadership, digitalization, and future skills. I especially enjoy working with organizations that ask themselves: – How can we equip our employees with the skills they’ll need tomorrow? – How do we retain and transfer knowledge in times of change and transformation? – How can we make learning engaging, efficient, and truly effective? The most persistent myth I challenge daily: “Training doesn’t really make a difference.” My passion: People development, change, instructional design, learning technologies – and creating a sustainable learning culture, especially in SMEs.
