ABOUT ELENA MARENGONI
As a design researcher and service designer, I am passionate about envisioning experiences and solutions that are grounded in real user needs and bring value to all the involved stakeholders, while taking the broader social and economic context into account. I master user research methods and often find myself extending and stretching the boundaries of the design research discipline. I always strive to accompany clients and stakeholders through a shared journey to ensure project activities have a long-term impact on them and in their organizations. I see research as a tool to accomplish something bigger and see myself as a key contributor in the concept design and validation phase too. The projects that motivate me the most are those that aim to achieve a long-lasting social impact. Design for education is a primary area of interest for me and I have experience in creative facilitation with kids. Over the last few years, I have dealt with a variety of projects, ranging from financial and telecom services to consumer products and oftentimes healthcare. I have lectured in several universities, both in Milan and abroad.
