As a Product Manager, I work on both the strategic and technical sides of our insurance and e-commerce products. I strive to bring the product vision to life while staying close to our customers and working hand in hand with developers to turn insights into meaningful features. This means I lead Product Discoveries and am just as involved in Daily Stand-ups, Refinements, Planning Meetings, and Retros. Before that, I was an Innovation Consultant and Innovation Manager, using agile and lean methodologies to kick off sustainable, user-centered products, processes, and services that create a long-term value.
