As a Pure Barre front desk receptionist, my role is to create a welcoming and professional environment for every client who walks through the door. I greet and check in clients, manage class reservations, and handle phone calls and emails to ensure everyone has the information they need. I also assist with membership inquiries, process transactions, and promote retail products to enhance the client experience. Beyond administrative tasks, I keep the front desk area clean and organized, prepare the studio before classes, and support instructors as needed. Most importantly, I focus on building strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and making sure each person feels valued and supported in their fitness journey.

Driven by a deep passion for public service and legal reform, I\'m excited to share a reflection on my journey so far. Currently, I\'m gaining invaluable insights as part of the Future Forward Internship Program with the New York State Office of the State Comptroller, specifically assigned to Track 2: Division of Investigation. This hands-on experience is rapidly strengthening my understanding of government investment strategies, financial reporting, audit standards, and public ethics – all foundational elements for my aspiration to become a lawyer in the public financial sector. My commitment to impactful leadership was further shaped during my time at Alpha Phi, SUNY Cortland. As Director of Community Engagement, I had the privilege of spearheading inclusive programming, forging meaningful service partnerships, and guiding chapter development, ensuring alignment with national risk management and DEI standards. This dedication to service began with my involvement in Girl Scouts, where I cultivated foundational leadership skills and a strong sense of community. I then met, Treasurer Robyn Syalvestri, through her daughter, who was in my Girl Scout troop, and my feild hockey team. Naturally she asked me to a volunteer internship with my town\'s treasurer, where I gained practical experience coordinating impactful initiatives like beach cleanups at Great South Bay Beach, while also honing skills in Microsoft Excel, community outreach, and event organization. Ultimately, I am driven to build a career where legal expertise, community engagement, and ethical governance seamlessly converge. I thrive in dynamic environments where every effort contributes to purpose-driven impact and fosters continuous professional growth.
