I have a proven record of ensuring the shows are filmed on time in high quality. Being a strong leader, I currently manage an operational team of 40 payee and freelance member of staff and I run 4 studios of LIVE TV broadcast bringing content to air in a tight schedule. I ensure that a culture of high performance is established, promoting teamwork and motivating the studio team, ensuring they deliver excellent results, through developing the Studio’s strategy.
