A seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments, including large commercial firms (Danone, Holcim) and the Big Four (PwC), demonstrating a proven track record of continuous development across various finance and transversal areas, I bring a strategic and people-focused approach to finance, always seeking to enhance both the employee experience and business outcomes. For the past six years, I have held director-level positions, specializing in financial control, treasury, tax, overhead controlling, transformation, project management and continuous improvement both in regional roles within Business Units and at HQ.Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented centralisation and restructuring initiatives, such as creating shared service delivery centres and transforming transactional functions into end-to-end processes, as well as supported several legal restructuring and M&A projects, and secured project financing for plant modernization.I thrive in complex, multinational environments, having managed large teams and stakeholders across multiple countries. I always keep a strong focus on process improvement, business acumen, and leadership development, being driven by the opportunity to add value and make a lasting impact on business.Having led geographically distributed teams, I am passionate about building high-performing teams, setting high standards while providing the support needed to foster talent growth and development.
