After the master\'s program \"Talenti per l\'Impresa\"(20••••19), in which Atelier Riforma emerged as the winning project for the best pitch and the greatest social impact, Sara Secondo and I pursued the project, which in May 2020 turned into a real enterprise, acknowledged as an innovative startup with a social vocation. The startup is focused on reducing the environmental impact of the fashion industry, fostering its transition to a more circular model ( also thanks to the application of Industry 4.0). In 2021, the startup invented (and filed the provisional patent for) Re4Circular, the first Artificial Intelligence-based automatic sorting technology for post-consumer textile waste, linked to a B2B marketplace platform that helps direct each garment to the most suitable circular destination (between reuse, recycling or upcycling).In the startup I play the role of CEO, dealing with business development, fundraising, public relations, communication and partnership building.
