I started out as a teacher, earned a Master’s in Project Management from Moscow State University of Culture, and eventually found my way into the corporate world. Along the way, I’ve led commercial teams in manufacturing, managed marketing and advertising in retail, and built a reputation for bringing order, strategy, and results wherever I go.After moving to the U.S, I started from scratch and built a new career in Legal Operations — earning a Master of Legal Studies from Capital University Law School and growing from Paralegal to Manager of Legal Operations. Every step has been fueled by my passion for improving processes, implementing smart technology, and helping teams do their best work.Today, I’m known for turning complexity into clarity and leading legal department transformation initiatives.
