By working in the Public Administration field I was able to gather experience and knowledge in accessibility and inclusivity matters, specialising in meeting expectations while maintaining business and brand values even in more complex protocols. I took part in design thinking workshops and user researches, which allowed me to further understand how to comply business goals and user feedbacks.
