ABOUT ELENA CORINA TUDOR
I hold a Bachelor Degree of Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest (Major: Finance, Banking and Capital Markets) and a Master degree from the same institution in International Business Administration.After a 2 years experience in banking, my professional career moved towards consulting services within the financial industry (banking, pension funds, asset management, leasing) at Ernst & Young, working in audit and due diligence engagements in Bucharest, Romania.This 4 years experience in audit and banking, out of which almost 2 years within Ernst & Young and another 2 in one of the largest banks in Romania (BCR) served as the perfect foundation, teaching me structure and methodologies.After the big four experience, however, I decided that a change was needed. I took a leap and started a new career path within Veo Worldwide as business analyst for a French client. One of my main objectives was creating and automatising tools that could help check, or alert the coherence between wage policy and employee performance. Analysing management tools, identifying relevant performance indicators, creating dashboards and going on the field were my main activities.Currently, I am a project manager based in France, working on the implementation of a process to ensure the coherence between wage policy and performance, and moving towards being part of wage policy decisions.
