Besides my dual studies in business administration, I bring almost 10 years of professional experience in the areas of HR consulting, recruiting, change management and as executive assistant with me. For myself, change is something very natural in order to be able to grow.Thanks to my curiosity, I have been able to get to know different industries, corporate cultures and leadership styles. As a systemic coach I’m trained in the different ways of dealing with change, which benefits me in my current role in change management. My great interest serves organizational development because I’m convinced that people in the right role can make a big difference. Recognizing someone’s strength and support them to develop their potential and find sense of purpose in daily work is a very powerful driver for my personal work life.
