In the last two years I followed the implementation of SAP S4 Hana Project, focused on Planning Production Area.I worked on the project directly with the Vendors, and during this period I followed all the steps:· Assessment· Workshop· Business Process Design· Customizing and Functional Analysis· Sprint· Mock Migration· Training· User Acceptance Test· Post Go-Live SupportI started work after university as SAP ABAP Developer and over the years I have developed the skills in basic customizing activities on MM/SD/CS/PM/PP Modules.In 2016 I had the opportunity to follow the implementation in the corporate company in Canada: I analyzed the Canadian business process to understand the peculiarities between the Italian model.During the implementation I developed smartforms, queries and reports, in order to simplify standard activities.I trained Canadian users on all the logistic flows involved and I supported users during the Go-Live in Canada and after the Go-Live by remote support (phone calls, e-mails).I am a good team player with strong analytical and technical trouble-shooting skills.I am self-motivated and I love to travel and discover new places and new cultures.
