About Elena Lin
As someone who has practiced and advocated for sustainability for over a decade, I embed this passion in areas of my personal and professional life and continuously think about the actions I can take to make the world a better place. My history as a sustainability professional has primarily been focused on the energy industry. I have experience at both an energy solutions provider (CPower Energy based in Baltimore) and an electric and natural gas provider (Ameren Corporation based in St. Louis). I have proven experience in formalizing ESG strategy and programs, communicating sustainability stories, engaging with and educating internal and external stakeholders, and managing processes for standard reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, TPI). I also have a dedicated passion for DE & I and have held leadership roles at multiple employee resource groups across both companies.In addition to my professional career, I am currently working on a dual Masters program with Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. Upon graduation in 2024, I will complete both an MBA and a Masters in Global Supply Chain, with the hopes of furthering my career in sustainability with a renewed focus on the renewable energy value chain.
