Mr. Elegear J. Primus joined Impact Diversity Solutions Corporation in December 2021. He recently served ten years at the Department of Veterans Affairs as the Deputy Associate Executive Director of the Department of Veteran Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC). In this role, he was directly responsible for building and leading a fee-for-service organization providing comprehensive acquisition and program management support expertise to the Department of Veteran Affairs, highly complex strategic medical systems, and devices. The Department\'s Critical Care Network (CCN) healthcare system and providing care to the most extensive integrated healthcare system in the United States, providing care at 1,243 healthcare facilities, including 170 VA Medical Centers and 1,063 outpatient sites of care varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics), serving more than 9 million enrolled Veterans each year across the U.S. and overseas. Before joining the VA, Mr. Primus was president of a Veteran Owned Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business. He provided acquisition support and liaison activities for the Department of Defense, Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition Technology & Logistics Joint Operations Support Office at the Pentagon. Mr. Primus is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 30 years of experience in contracting, program management, and logistics.
