Driving Impactful Projects Across Multiple Countries: Taking the lead in developing new warehouses, relocating/extending existing ones, and finding temporary warehouses to shape the future of our logistics operations- Managing Various Logistics Projects: Overseeing internal warehouses, import warehouses, digital warehouses, and cross-dock warehouses, ensuring the smooth development of projects- Facilitating Site Inspections: Conducting thorough site inspections to determine the most suitable properties for logistics operations, contributing to strategic expansion efforts - Monitoring Project Progress: Tracking daily project progress, creating comprehensive reports, indicating red flags for scope and budget issues, coordinating meetings, and providing support to project managers across different countries- Serving as Key Contact: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving-Leading Project Team Communication: Directing communication and coordination efforts among logistics, property acquisition, construction, tax, and legal departments to ensure alignment with project objectives-Assisting in Design and Construction: Supporting activities during the design and construction phases, collaborating with design teams, construction managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones- Evaluating Investment Proposals: Analyzing investment proposals and preparing presentations for the members of the board to secure investment approvals, contributing to the growth and success of the organization
