Elefteria is a highly motivated, results-driven service delivery professional, with more than 25 years of managerial experience. Throughout her career she has managed contracts and accounts from both the private and public sector in Europe and the UK, coordinated geographically disperse teams of different backgrounds and areas of expertise, and enabled hundreds of clients to achieve their digital objectives.Elefteria always looks to facilitate collaboration, aiming at the most efficient resource allocation and to identify, understand and neutralise factors that might obstruct the knowledge transfer required for a harmonised day-to-day joint effort while keeping a positive morale by motivating, supporting and rewarding accordingly. This involves open, honest and, therefore, trusted communication with clients and internal (or external) UX, Creative and Software Development experts as well as continuous learning and understanding of technological trends, legal frameworks and business / management best practices.Elefteria has experience in new concept development for web applications, end-user services, integrated solutions and private data networks. She is always ready to accept challenges, while assisting clients in embracing progressive technology, transforming their online presence, and innovating business processes and service provision practices.Elefteria has been an early adopter and active supporter of Open Source. She has initiated and managed channel partner contracts with providers such as Canonical, MySQL and Sun Microsystems (Netscape / iPlanet) for many years, and is currently involved in a number of initiatives, communities and associations.
