I design customer systems that scale. My work sits at the intersection of support, product, and engineering, where customer experience is shaped by architecture, automation, and data.At Bolt, I built and scaled the systems behind support, risk, and technical account management, unifying them into a single operating model. This included embedding TAM into engineering, designing automation-driven support systems, and creating shared visibility across teams.I use AI as a core part of how I operate - from ticket deflection and triage to system design and workflow automation. I focus on applying AI where it materially changes scale, not where it adds noise.I care about building systems that move fast, reduce friction, and give teams confidence in the data driving their decisions.

   Founded and built Florida Furry Friends from the ground up, transitioning from an informal rescue effort to a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.• Rescued, fostered, and rehomed hundreds of animals, including high-needs cases requiring emergency veterinary care, rehabilitation, or behavioral support.• Led all operations including intake coordination, medical care management, transport, volunteer engagement, and adoption placements.• Developed core infrastructure, including intake and adoption applications, legal contracts, volunteer waivers, and operational workflows.• Built and launched the organization’s online presence (website and social media), growing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook audiences and enabling fundraising via Meta’s nonprofit tools.• Fundraised and managed budgets for veterinary care, food, supplies, and housing — including launching successful online donation campaigns and sponsorship drives.• Negotiated vendor partnerships with local vets, shelters, and pet supply companies to reduce costs and secure in-kind donations. • Created scalable documentation including standard operating procedures for fosters, behavior guidelines, and emergency protocols.• Launched community initiatives supporting pet owners in crisis — including those facing homelessness, entering rehab, or suffering job loss — by offering foster care and supplies.• Built and managed a foster network, allowing animals to be placed in loving temporary homes instead of being housed in a single facility.• Planned the long-term vision for the organization, including a permanent facility that combines rescue, rehabilitation, low-cost training services, and a community café model.
