As a Venezuelan-American with over 10 years of experience as a Federal Criminal Judge in Venezuela, I bring a deep understanding of criminology, criminal sciences, and the intricacies of navigating complex legal environments. I also hold an LL.M. from Berkeley Law School, where I specialized in U.S. Law, gaining expertise in key critical aspects of the U.S. legal system and variety of Laws. Currently, as the Director of Operations at Punch Financial, I leverage my legal and business acumen to manage the company’s daily operations, ensuring that compliance, efficiency, and quality standards are met across the board. In addition to my corporate role. I served on the Advisory Board of Rainbow Labs, a non-profit dedicated to empowering queer and gender-nonconforming youth in their pursuit of a more equitable and inclusive society. While I am not authorized to practice law in the United States, my extensive legal background, passion for justice, and commitment to diversity and innovation allow me to drive meaningful impact in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
