ABOUT ELEANOR SRIVATSA

Hi, I\'m Eleanor! I\'m a first-class BA (Hons) Marketing Communications and Advertising graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, currently working as Strategic Communications and Marketing Officer at Barnsley Council. My role allows me to merge my passion for community with my broad marketing expertise. I bring dedication and creative problem-solving to everything I do.Through my university and hands-on experience in marketing roles, I have built a strong foundation across key marketing and communication areas. This includes developing and evaluating impactful strategies, engaging social media management, crafting tailored copywriting, executing targeted email campaigns, overseeing strategic brand management, and driving effective communications and PR efforts. What sets me apart is not only my professional expertise but also my lived experience with disability. I believe that disability is not the barrier - an inaccessible world is. That\'s why I\'m passionate about creating inclusive, accessible, and representative marketing and communications. I have developed strong knowledge in this area, and I\'m always eager to expand my understanding. Beyond my professional life, I love to explore new places with my husband (always capturing memories through photos!), baking sweet treats for my family, discovering new coffee spots with friends, and getting lost in a good book.
