ABOUT ELEANOR OGORMAN

I am a leader in the field of international humanitarian development and peacebuilding with over 20 years of experience in providing strategic policy analysis & advice, programme design, and evaluation & learning, to global organisations, governments and NGOs. I am passionate about equality & inclusion and am a Senior Associate at the University of Cambridge Centre for Gender Studies. My track record includes global reviews on financing for post-conflict recovery and peacebuilding, learning & evaluation reporting on operations at country level across Asia and Africa, organisational learning & development on governance, gender equality, plans for growth, re-direction or responding to changing policy & operational contexts. My expertise is in supporting new forms of multi-stakeholder alliance (public, private, community, social enterprise) at local and regional level, to address present and emerging challenges of community cohesion and sustainability. Clients include UN, EU, OECD, Government of Ireland, UK Government, GIZ (Germany), and CMI (Finland). I am inspired by engaging in problem-solving to make change happen. I do this by working alongside people and learning with them. I love to work across silos and help create new resources for collaboration and change. I am an experienced and capable strategist, communicator, and facilitator who drives organisational learning and change to achieve ambitious social outcomes.
