In April 2024 Kin + Carta were acquired by Valtech. The change in role is to reflect the acquisition.Since the acquisition I have remained as a Delivery Lead on our Lexus account. I manage cross functional teams across a number of projects including an optimisation project. This sees the team delivering multiple experiments in the forms of AB testing, false door and others. Additionally, I am also Delivery Lead on a complex AI project.Responsibilities across all projects include- Budget management (£1m+)- RAID management- Casting and resourcing- Stakeholder management and reporting- Facilitating ceremonies to ensure teams progress- Backlog prioritisation and refinement- Using Agile methodology to improve project ways of working and processes
