This semester, I had the opportunity to move up from a marketing specialist and began work as a marketing manager for bdigital, a student-led marketing agency. We were working with Project Elect, a nonprofit political organization. Leading a team of three, I spearheaded the creation and scheduling of over 100 posts across multiple platforms, specializing in Reddit and X. I contributed to and updated the content calendar to ensure a consistent, evergreen social media presence that drives audience growth, engagement, and participation. Additionally, my team developed training materials for sustainable social media usage, empowering Project Elect to continue its mission online long after our involvement. To measure our reach, I compared analytics from before and after our engagement, then developed five strategic recommendations to help Project Elect effectively track and optimize their future social media efforts. Through these efforts, we not only met the organization\'s goals but left a lasting impact on their digital outreach.
