I work in digital manufacturing and transformation, mostly with organisations that are trying to turn ambition into something practical and scalable.Over the last decade at Accenture, I’ve worked across consumer goods, aerospace and defence, and NGO environments, helping leadership teams move from “interesting pilots” to systems and ways of working that actually stick. A lot of my work sits in the messy middle: translating between manufacturing reality, data and technology, and senior decision-makers.I’m particularly interested in how manufacturing data is used to drive performance on the shopfloor, not just to create dashboards. I’ve led strategy, value architect, design and delivery roles across manufacturing transformation, Digital Twin and IoT programmes, often in complex, global settings.Alongside client work, I lead Inclusion & Diversity for Accenture Industry X in the UK. I see inclusive cultures as foundational to effective transformation, not separate from it.I value clear thinking, practical design, and work that makes organisations calmer and more capable rather than busier.
