Create a place of work that Abel and Colers enjoy and thrive in • Ensure that work activities are underpinned with an understanding of Wellbeing • Actively promote positive Wellbeing and engagement among all employees • Lead the development and implementation of a plan of evidence-based Wellbeing initiatives • Help develop a Wellbeing strategy that embeds and shapes the culture of Wellbeing • Lead a team of Wellbeing champions across all sites • Lead MHFA programme • To develop health & Wellbeing resources • Ensure that policies, procedures and guidelines relating to Wellbeing topics are kept up to date and are adhered to • Oversee the social committee at Wimbledon and organise social and Wellbeing initiatives • Oversee the workspace, design and decoration of all sites • Direct line management of the Chefs • Provide advisory services on all topics related to Wellbeing • Monitor Wellbeing trends and innovations and share learnings internally • Analyse internal and external data to help identify ways to enhance A & Cers experience of work
