My role is focused on aligning the organisation to deliver our mission and vision; to open up robotics to a much larger audience and build a community of innovative developers. As part of an ambitious team we are creating new standards and raising awareness of the need to unite the fragmented robotics hardware landscape. Building relationships with and managing resellers and large customers across Europe to strategically expand the user base.Running the day to day with intention I am crafting a culture anchored in trust, compassion, with a strong focus on the customer. As a leader I am committed to creating an environment where everyone feels connected and empowered, understanding that their contributions are vital to our success.
