I work across both primary and secondary schools to provide tailored support for individual pupils and the wider class. I assist with lesson delivery. I have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a 1-1 basis, helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment. I am able to deal with change and adapt day - to - day in this role. My main role is to be a teaching assistant but i am also am able take on other roles such as exam invigilator, cover supervisor and lab tech.
