ABOUT ELEANOR HAJI
I started out in HR, then moved into executive support, and along the way, I realized I have a real passion for structure, accountability, and creating systems that actually work. That’s what led me to the world of compliance, where I found the perfect mix of process, governance, and making a real impact.Now, I’m working in IT compliance and risk, with certifications in ISO 27001 (Lead Auditor & Implementer) and hands-on experience with standards like ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO (ITSM), ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and the new ISO 42001 for AI Governance. I’m also actively supporting readiness for NIS2 and the EU AI Act.My approach is all about collaboration and being audit-ready while keeping business goals in mind. I enjoy building frameworks that scale and reduce risk while meeting regulatory needs.I’m especially interested in how compliance, cybersecurity, and AI governance are evolving and finding ways to build trust and transparency into digital systems from the start.
