Organize and scan biospecimens into a freezer database for a multitude of cancer intervention clinical trials and clinical research studies. After collection, biospecimans are processed in the lab with the main focus of better understanding immune responses to chemotherapy that are related to cognitive problems. Shadow and assist on the following biospeciman processing- Isolations on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC isolations)- Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs)- Luminex multiplex assays- Single molecule arrays (SIMOAs)Trained in administering Brief Test of Adult Cognition by Telephone (BTACTs) on patients enrolled in clinical research studies that require this type of assessment.
