ABOUT ELEANOR DODD ASSOCIATE
My first job was working as a Saturday girl serving cakes in a small patisserie when I was just 14. Then 5 years later I became a Duty Manager of a boutique hotel just after I had turned 19. I am a hard worker and aim to achieve all of my dreams.I am a budding entrepreneur, independently running my events & party business, and also my Jewellery Business. It is not easy running your own business. A lot of blood, sweat & tears go into making them a success - but the reward is so much sweeter. I am very focused. Not only was I a full-time university student, but I also worked full time as a Duty Manager in a busy hotel in Liverpool City Centre! I am passionate about everything I do & I always aim to do everything to the best of my ability.I am not only trained to manage and independently run a hotel & it’s reception, but I have experience in many different areas of hospitality. My range of experience varies from being a fully trained chef (also specialising in patisserie), to working on a toy kiosk in a children’s farm yard and everything in between. I have worked in many different situations, with different people & age groups, thus giving me experience beyond my years.
