Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer- Senior Finance Leader with responsibility for worldwide global Risk, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit and Tax- Implementing a corporate governance framework by working closely with the Group and international boards, ensuring adoption of the Wates Principles- Establishing a global Internal Audit function- Managing global tax compliance and advisory projects including transfer pricing- Leading the relationship with global tax authorities.
