As the First PM at Matcha, I work closely with a talented team of 5 developers, a data analyst, and a product designer, to develop innovative AI-driven personal shopper solutions.My different missions are - Facilitating discovery sessions to gather insights from user research, aimed at understanding and addressing key challenges- Working with the design team using Figma and Miro to refine user interfaces and workflows, ensuring solutions align with user needs- Supporting the development of AI-driven personal shopper solutions, contributing to improvements in retail operations and customer experiences- Coordinating the delivery of technology solutions across multiple platforms, focusing on collaborative efforts for business impact- Applying agile methodologies to streamline development processes, actively seeking team insights to inform decisions- Overseeing process automation efforts that resulted in improved engagement rates and conversion metrics- Analyzing performance data with Metabase to understand business outcomes, leading to improved e-commerce clientele and revenue- Leading as the first Product Manager, continually adapting to challenges, maintaining communication with C-level executives, and integrating team feedback for ongoing project success.
