Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every organ, part and function of the body.Reflexology is a holistic therapy treating the whole body. To be in good health, all body parts and systems should be in balance - we call this homeostasis. Reflexology works towards balance. It is totaly safe - we are only treating a reflex point in the foot that links to a part of the body. We are not putting any undue pressure or strain on the body or giving medication.
