Currently, I lead the strategic sales efforts for 26 agency owners. In this role, I successfully recruit and onboard new agency owners within the region, in addition to developing and promoting company branding and leveraging available resources that include social media platforms. By bringing together people and resources, I oversee the delivery on volume, sales, and profitability objectives by brand and channel. Another role I have really thrived in is supervising the company’s marketing programs in designated sales territories. These efforts are the foundation for sales/revenue management in general. One project I assisted in launching was the ‘Ignite Program,’ a company-wide initiative earlier this year. Additional achievements and recognition I have earned include-Increased regional annual sales goals each year through the adaption of new sales processes and procedures-Increased franchise income by a minimum each year-‘All American Award’ winner, 20••••17,(Finishing in the top 10% out of 168 regions)-‘Premier Leader’ for 2016 & 2017 (Finishing in the top 3% out of 168 regions).
