ABOUT ELDA RRAPI

I am Head of Global PMO and transformation-oriented leader with nearly two decades of experience enabling execution excellence, portfolio governance, and organizational change across enterprise-level, cross-functional New Product Development environments.At Datalogic, I lead the Global Project Management Office, supporting multiple divisions and operating at an enterprise portfolio level. My focus is on strengthening portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery predictability, helping ensure that strategy is effectively translated into execution.A core aspect of my role is change management: designing and embedding governance models, processes, and ways of working that simplify execution, reduce inefficiencies, and enable teams to perform at their best and improve consistency in value delivery.I work closely with Division Managers, R&D, and functional leaders to define product roadmaps, challenge assumptions, and support informed trade-offs—always with a strong focus on value creation rather than activity delivery. I strongly believe that effective PMO organizations are not control functions, but enablers of transformation and strategic focus.Previously, I worked at YOOX NET-A-PORTER Group, leading complex digital initiatives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, including the launch of the Ferrari online store—experience that strengthened my adaptability across industries.My background spans publishing, e-commerce, and industrial manufacturing, and has shaped a pragmatic, people-centric leadership style focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and learning.I enjoy connecting with professionals interested in PMO evolution, portfolio management, change management, and organizational transformation.
