   In this role, I oversee delivery of quality legal services for clients, including working with corporations, law firms, and clients to incorporate, maintain, amend, and dissolve entities across all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and Canada, conducting business in various states as authorized by client, and monitoring and maintaining corporate and other corporate requirements, such as corporation charters. Next, I direct operations, including developing and implementing processes and procedures to reduce litigation non-compliance risk, managing and motivating a five or six-member team, developing a high-performing team, and establishing standards aligned with organizational goals and objectives. I also cultivate and manage client relationships while leading talent acquisition initiatives, including recruiting and onboarding process.
