About Eldar Mulic

First and foremost, I love writing code. Ever since my first program in Basic in 7th grade, I fell in love with power that I had and unlimited possibilities that programming offered. Early on I also fell in love with helping people that didn\'t \"get it\". Later in high school and college, I fell in love with Adobe Flash and built websites using it for various clients.The first job after graduating with a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering was a Bussiness Analyst/Developer at Prevent Visoko in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a massive 24/7 manufacturing plant for car seats and interior for major German car companies like Audi, Volkswagen, and Porche. I was responsible for a lot of pieces in the Software Development cycle of the MRP system for seat manufacturing plant: gathering requirements, designing a solution, working with the dev team, testing, training end-users and managing implementation.Very shortly understood that I needed to be where the tech heaven was, closer to Silicon Valley.In 2012, I made a big move and came to the United States and joined Component Control as a junior developer. Very early on started doing consulting work for some of our major clients like Kelly Aviation part of Lockheed Martin, Pilatus, Embraer and other big players in aviation space.Very quickly because of my skills to quickly learn new things and use them on the projects I was responsible for spearheading new tech in the team. Slowly my responsibilities grew by being responsible for mentoring and guiding new junior devs to leading bigger projects.Today, I\'m a lead engineer working on a variety of enterprise solutions and leading my team on a daily basis through various challenges that involve design, technical guidance, mentorship, training, coordination with other teams and troubleshooting,Even when I\'m not at work, I tend to explore and write code at home. Recently, been enjoying exploring machine learning. Skills/Interests: C#.Net Core, Angular, SQL, Oracle DB, Docker, HTML, CSS, AWS, Distributed Applications
