ABOUT ELDA LAMBERTI

I’m currently Managing Director at MVB UK, where I’ve had the privilege of launching and growing the company’s presence in the British market. I’ve been supporting clients in publishing and related sectors with strategic development, organisational transformation, and cross-border growth, a work I plan to continue independently from July, particularly across UK and international markets. Earlier in my career, I spent several years as Director of 12 Branch Offices in SEMEA for Worldspan (now Travelport), overseeing 12 markets. Many of these were new branches requiring hands-on leadership, cross-cultural insight, and commercial grounding. That experience laid the foundation for my ongoing focus on market entry, growth strategy, and international alignment. Now based between the UK and Italy, I bring a multilingual, pragmatic perspective and work flexibly - whether behind the scenes as a strategic advisor, in boardrooms as a NED, or embedded short-term as a fractional executive.
