In 2022, I joined Ademicon and accepted the challenge of leading the first Brazilian consortium company to establish operations in the United States. I was responsible for defining the target segment, business priorities, sales strategy, and overall growth plan for the market.In 2024, we opened the company’s U.S. headquarters in Miami, and in 2025 we launched the first Ademicon premium store in the heart of the Brazilian community on International Drive, Orlando.By the end of 2025, our team had grown to over 60 professionals across multiple U.S. cities, consolidating Ademicon’s presence and expansion in this market.
