Maintain a change control log with records and impact assessments of all changes that have been introduced during the project life-cycle • Attend/Chair regular project reviews with customers and project team members, reporting regularly on project progress to both customers and line management. Facilitating, hosting and running workshops and presentations. • Act as an escalation point on projects between vendor and customers when required • Resolve numerous project issues including staffing shortages, tactical matters, scope creep and divergent business and user needs.
