Lead end-to-end supply chain management across multiple business units, with accountability for demand planning execution, global procurement, manufacturing support, logistics, inventory management, and supply continuity- Translate sales forecasts from multiple sales teams into demand plans, production schedules, and inventory requirements aligned with capacity, lead times, and service levels- Direct global procurement and sourcing of raw materials, components, and finished goods, managing domestic and international suppliers- Oversee 3PL warehousing and distribution operations, including partner integration, performance management, and contract governance across global regions- Manage global logistics and transportation operations across ocean, air, truck, and parcel networks- Own contract negotiation and contract management for 3PL warehousing, transportation and parcel carriers, and supply chain software vendors- Lead landed cost management, including application, auditing, and amortization of freight, duties, tariffs, and accessorial charges- Implement and govern ERP systems, TMS platforms, and rate-shopping tools to drive cost optimization and operational visibility- Develop and execute inventory strategy and positioning plans to mitigate tariffs, capacity constraints, and supply disruptions- Lead and develop supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams, driving accountability and execution across geographically distributed operations.
