ABOUT ELANA REINHOLTZ-LEE

I am an entrepreneurial leader with a background in driving growth and value for businesses currently applying my skills to nonprofits in Central Oregon. I\'ve recently stepped into a new role: leading Marketing & Development at Camp Fire Central Oregon and am helping grow visibility, partnerships and community funding for youth programs that build belonging, confidence, and life skills. In a volunteer capacity, I serve as an appointee to the Bend Budget Committee and on the Board of Directors of Thrive Central Oregon, an organization that helps prevents homelessness with personalized support to tackle housing fragility. As an active local member of the community, I spend my volunteer time with groups including: Bend Women for Good, League of Women Voters, Deschutes Democrats\' Big Tent Committee, and Bend YIMBY. I\'m an Alumna of Emerge Oregon, New Politics Leadership Academy, and World Economic Forum Global Shaper in the NYC hub. As an entrepreneurial leader with 12+ years of experience, I\'ve built partnerships, teams, and business value for mission-driven organizations and I\'m passionate about: human-centered and climate resilient cities, affordable childcare, paid leave, & civic engagement. My hobbies include kayaking on the Deschutes river and the many lakes in Central Oregon, playing all types of racquet sports with friends, and connecting people around purpose and play.
